1. Subject of the consent

By submitting a form on the website circusasia.com, the user gives Circus Asia (hereinafter — the “Operator”) consent to process the personal data they provide on the terms set out below.

2. Personal data covered

• surname and first name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• handle on Telegram or another messenger;
• information voluntarily provided in the message field.

3. Purposes of processing

• reviewing a partnership application;
• responding to questions about tours, venues and tickets;
• conducting correspondence and agreeing terms of work.

4. Actions performed with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, alteration), use, transfer to authorised staff of the Operator, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out in a mixed way — automated and without the use of automation.

5. Duration of the consent

The consent is valid until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to alpo6161@mail.ru. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the data, unless there are other lawful grounds for storing it.

6. Confidentiality

The Operator keeps the data received confidential and does not disclose it to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the cases provided for by law.

7. Data of minors

The site forms are intended for adult users. The Operator does not deliberately collect the data of minors.
